It seems like I'm going backwards in terms of technology. My most recent deviants are taken using a Canon Rebel K2 35mm camera, and I like them better than most of the digital shots I have.

I am hoping to be able to get a Canon 50D by the end of January. I have a part time job, and am able to save most of my money, so with any luck I will have a nice digital camera soon...then its time to buy Lenses for both cameras

I am in a Darkroom Photography class right now, and so I've been working with film more recently...I haven't figured out a good way to scan images or negatives in using the flat bed scanner I have. I may pick up a negative scanner if I keep doing film after I have my new digital.

I'm going on a field trip tomorrow, so I'm more or less ina good/excited mood. I really enjoyed this trip last semester. We go to San Francisco, and go to several Gallerys and to the Modern Art Museum (Last year I only looked at one or two exhibits in the museum...the Gallerys interest me more.) Should be fun...maybe I can remember some of the Artists I see...I'm really bad with names, but good at remembering what I saw...Just doesn't help when you are wanting to research how to do it. Last year we also saw a Crown Point Press demo and they printed a four plate etching for us, it was interesting, and I believe we have another demo.
